Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Faaya ("we") collects when you visit faaya.pk or use our app, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your account: name, mobile number and/or email, and a password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive your name and email from them, never your password.
• Your orders: what you bought, delivery address, phone number, order notes, and how you paid.
• Delivery location: if you choose "use my current location" or pick a point on the map, we save that point with the address so the rider can find you. We do not track your location otherwise.
• Measurements: if you save body measurements for stitching, we keep them in your account so you do not have to enter them again.
• Messages: what you send us in support chat, the shopping assistant, reviews (including photos), and appointment requests.
• Device and visit data: pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate country, and the website you came from. We use this to keep the shop working, safe and quick.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. For cash on delivery and bank transfer we keep the order and payment status only.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs to do their part:

• Couriers: your name, phone, delivery address and the amount to collect.
• Payment providers: the order amount and the contact details they need to process the payment.
• Messages: if you allow it, order updates are sent by SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notification through the companies that deliver those messages.
• Analytics and advertising: if this shop uses Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok tools, they receive information about your visit and purchases to measure our ads. You can block these with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
• The law: when a court or government authority in Pakistan lawfully requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, language and currency, and protect forms from misuse. Analytics cookies are used only if the shop has turned those tools on.

How long we keep it

Account details: until you delete your account. Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted. Support chats and visit data: no longer than needed to help you and keep the shop running.

Your choices

• See and update your details, addresses and measurements in My Account.
• Delete your account yourself in My Account → Delete my account. Orders we must keep for accounting stay, without your profile.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, and turn off app notifications in your phone's settings.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, using the contact details below.

Children

Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and kept on secured servers. Only staff who need it can see customer details. No system is perfect, so please keep your password and phone codes to yourself.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page. Big changes will also be shown on the website.
