These terms apply when you shop at faaya.pk or in our app, run by Faaya. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password and the codes we send to your phone private: orders placed from your account are treated as yours. Give a correct name, phone number and address so we can deliver. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Products and prices

We show each product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade work, embroidery and printing may vary a little from piece to piece. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, including delivery charges and any taxes that apply. If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be reached, the payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent; anything you paid for it is refunded. For cash on delivery we may call or message to confirm before sending.

Stitching and made-to-order

Stitched-to-measure and made-to-order pieces are made from the measurements and choices you give us, so please check them before you order. These pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind; if we made a mistake against your measurements, we will alter or remake it.

Payment

You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by the payment provider; bank transfers are confirmed once the money reaches us. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates from our courier partners and can change because of weather, holidays or events beyond our control. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.

Returns and refunds

How and when you can return or exchange an item is explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or by bank transfer, usually within 7–14 working days after we receive the item.

Reviews and content you send

Reviews, photos and messages you send must be your own and lawful. You let us show them on our shop and social pages. We may remove anything offensive, false or unrelated.

Our content

Product photos, videos, designs, text and logos on this shop belong to Faaya or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
